Details: This is a nice flat field, just a short canal-side walk into the pretty village of Stoke Bruerne.

Two welcoming pubs, an Indian Restaurant and a children’s play area are in the village.  Enjoyable canal walks, the likelihood of narrowboats selling craft items, and a chance to take a ride to or through the famous Blisworth tunnel add to the pleasure of this village stay.  The Canal Boat museum is also worth a visit.

Rookery Open Farm is approximately a 15 minute stroll from the rally field, and it is especially suited to younger children. Why not order your Friday night supper in advance from ‘The Chip Van’. Tel: 07376 395678. There is a very limited bus service from the village, into Towcester, which is approximately a 10 minute drive away.

The nearest shop and garage are in Roade, which is about a 30 minute walk or a short drive away.

Marshals: Steve & Sue
